Diagnosis
Upper part of frons with two "horns" and with frontal suture continuing up into the apex of horns; scape, femora and tibiae white; scutellum with a deep and distinct median groove extending from anterior margin along ½ length; hind coxa conspicuously hairy on posterior surface; propodeum without median carina; petiole 1.5X as long as wide, widest and with irregular transverse carinae in anterior half, and with a constriction posteriorly; first gastral tergite covering about 1/3 of gaster. Similar to C. diceros, but differing in the shape of petiole, and vertex with an ovate pit inside ocellar triangle; also similar to C. bicornis, but differing in having scape, femora and tibiae white and a large fovea medially between mesoscutum and scutellum.
